Your Agent, Kelly Phan

Kelly graduated from the University of Minnesota, with a BA in Finance & Marketing. She has many years of experience in property management covering multiple States and having spent a number of years in Chicago and Seattle. What she learned through her experience is “You have to listen to people’s needs.” Her property management experience has sharpened her eye towards troubleshooting and maintenance.

While engaged in property management work in 2017-2018, Kelly envisioned a “Super Project” on her own prior to the NFL Superbowl landing in Minneapolis, MN. She wanted to help home-owners rent out their properties during Superbowl week, but with the benefit of pre-booking months in advance. Kelly utilized her intuition along with her experience in property management to execute this project with great success.

Kelly’s experience and motivation are in problem-solving complex issues facing all aspects of property management, and she routinely enjoys going the extra mile for both owners and tenants.
In terms of work ethic, Kelly believes the secret of one’s future is embodied in the commitment and consistency of daily routine. She applies the concept of operational excellence to her work with owners and tenants and maintains a keen awareness of what their ongoing needs are.

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys doing yoga, traveling, and exploring new places. She loves the outdoors and thoroughly enjoys being out in nature and the ocean, where she finds solace and inspiration.
