My journey in real estate has been quite the roller coaster!
Most agents begin their journey in the residential realm, and typically find a niche that compliments their personality and strengths. For me, finding my niche took a bit of time; trial and error. When the opportunity to dive into the commercial market presented itself, I dove in! And, as they say,
the rest is history. I now deal with commercial sales and leases, as well as luxury and residential sales. My mission, in all areas, is to make the transaction as seamless and fun as possible for all involved. What I bring to the table that is different than many other agents is my nearly 10 years experience in residential restoration and remodeling. How does that benefit you? Due to my past experience, I tend to see things many may overlook, and I tend to ask questions many may not ask. I also have a deeper understanding of building codes, local soils, permits and general remodeling requirements. With all of this also comes a great team of other experts who I can call upon if needed. I am also a true Native of Colorado, meaning I was born and raised here. I have seen the changes on the Front Range from El Paso county to Greeley, from the Western Slope down to the Sangre De Cristo Mountain range. I love Colorful Colorado and all it has to offer!!
